The MMPX modules are solids retaining centrifugal separators which comprise a frame, power transmission and bowl assembly. The lower part houses a flat-belt connecting the vertical drive shaft of bowl spindle to an electric motor. The bowl can be arranged as a clarifier (separating oils containing sludge and very small quantity of water) or as a purifier (separating oils containing sludge and appreciable quantity of water. A belt driven partial desludge centrifuge. Application in LO, Diesel, HFO & industrial fluids.
Field of application
The MMPX separators can be used for purification or clarification of low viscosity fuel oils and lubricating oils with flash point above 60°C.
